Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we’ll work together to help you feel more connected to yourself and your relationships, while gently supporting relief from anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional pain. Rather than pushing past what you’re feeling, we’ll slow things down and begin to understand the patterns shaping your inner and relational world—so healing can happen in a more meaningful and lasting way.
I’ll support you in exploring the different parts of yourself—especially the ones carrying anxiety, self-doubt, or past pain—with curiosity and compassion. These parts often developed for good reason, even if they no longer serve you. As we begin to understand them more deeply, you can start to feel less stuck, more grounded, and more aligned within yourself.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can process your emotions in a way that feels connected rather than overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, relational struggles, or the unique demands of life in the entertainment industry, we’ll work toward building greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of ease within yourself.
