I believe that beneath even the most painful patterns in a relationship is a longing to feel seen, understood, and emotionally safe with one another. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and begin to understand the cycles you find yourselves stuck in—not to assign blame, but to uncover what’s happening underneath. As we make space for the deeper emotions and needs beneath those patterns, new ways of reaching for each other can begin to emerge.

My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), focusing on both your emotional bond and your inner experiences. I also understand the unique pressures that can come with the entertainment industry and offer a grounded space to navigate those stressors together. When helpful, I incorporate the Gottman Assessment to provide additional insight and support lasting growth.
